Biography for DJ Mishima

[aka Mark Round, promoter and resident dj for Bristol breakbeat night Wax On : Wax Off]

Back in 1997, Mark listened to indie, rock and dirty industrial music. University introduced him to drum'n'bass and in 2000 his love of clubbing turned into an obsession with djing.

Regular visits to Bristol's Blowpop night at the legendary Blue Mountain club changed his perspective on what a dj should play, and you'll now find him happily mixing bouncy funky breakbeat (and occasionally a bit of drum'n'bass too) every other month at Wax On : Wax Off.
